Track Agile metrics and support continuous improvement.
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
7+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.
3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
SAFe, CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC, or similar certification preferred.
