This is a full-time, local, home-daily CDL position with consistent hours and regular overtime. Drivers typically work 5060 hours per week .

Schedule

Normal start time is 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday . Overtime is a regular and expected part of this position, with drivers typically working 5060 hours per week . Occasional weekend work may be required.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver, remove, exchange, and relocate containers at commercial, industrial, and construction sites.
• Transport containers to landfills, transfer stations, recycling facilities, and other designated locations.
• Operate roll-off hoist, hydraulic, cable or hooklift equipment as applicable.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment or safety concerns.
• Evaluate service locations for safe access, clearance, ground conditions, overhead power lines, and other hazards.
• Inspect containers for overloading, prohibited materials, damage, or other unsafe conditions.
• Properly tarp and secure containers, loads, doors, and related equipment before transport.
• Safely back and maneuver at construction sites, customer locations, disposal facilities, and other confined or congested areas.
• Follow dispatch instructions and communicate service issues, delays, blocked containers, or unsafe conditions.
• Complete required work orders, inspection reports, and disposal documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Work outdoors in normal rain, heat, cold, and other weather conditions. Drivers are not expected to operate when weather or site conditions make the work unsafe.

Qualifications

Valid Class B CDL or higher and qualified to operate commercial vehicles equipped with air brakes.

Commercial heavy-truck driving experience required; two or more years preferred.

Roll-off experience is not required training will be provided.

Acceptable driving record and ability to meet applicable DOT driver requirements.

Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check consistent with the requirements of the position.

Ability to safely operate and maneuver a large commercial vehicle at construction sites, in congested areas, and at confined customer locations.

Ability to read and understand work orders, safety instructions, maps/GPS directions, and customer information.

Ability to complete required electronic and written documentation.

Dependable attendance and willingness to work the regular overtime required by the position.

Ability to work independently, use good judgment, and recognize unsafe conditions.
