What You'll Do
As a Help Desk Technician, you'll provide exceptional support to customers in a 24x7x365 environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless customer experience by assisting with technical issues related to voice, data, video, and connectivity. Key responsibilities include: Responding to inbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers, including connection problems.
Answering general customer service inquiries and providing helpful solutions.
Documenting all interactions with detailed call descriptions.
Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
Offering backup support to other team members when needed.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need: Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Excellent customer service skills, ideally with call center experience.
