Responsibilities: • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Work as a liaison to the sales agent, by setting up showings and in-home appointments, and ensuring the appointments take place • Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline, so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Two years of previous sales experience • A licensed real estate agent in Virginia is preferred • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Tenacious desire to succeed • Enjoys team collaboration Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000
