Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Real Estate Listing Agent, you'll work with motivated sellers, convert qualified appointments into listings, and guide clients through a successful sale.
• Meet with motivated sellers and conduct listing consultations
• Win listings and negotiate offers and contracts
• Guide sellers from listing through closing
• Partner with our Inside Sales Team to convert seller appointments
• Use our CRM and proven sales systems to manage your pipeline
• Stay informed on local real estate market trends
• Deliver exceptional client service that generates referrals and repeat business

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated Texas Real Estate Agent ready to grow their production, build strong client relationships, and increase their earning potential.
• Active Texas Real Estate License
• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Organized with strong follow-through and client management skills
• Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
• Listing or residential sales experience preferred
