We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead and optimize contract processes across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to build efficient, scalable, and compliant contracting practices that support business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, renewal, and reporting.
• Administer a broad range of commercial contracts, including sales, procurement, service, lease, licensing, and confidentiality agreements.
• Drive contract process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and contract repositories.
• Monitor contract obligations, key milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risk and improve contracting efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training on contract management policies and procedures.
• Leverage CLM technology to improve visibility, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Contract Management, or a related field.
• Experience in biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments in the life sciences.
• 5-7+ years of contract management, contract administration, legal operations, or procurement experience.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM or similar platforms (Icertis, Agiloft, Ironclad, Conga, etc.).
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, negotiations, and risk management.
• Experience creating workflows, templates, approval processes, and automation solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• CCCM, CFCM, or similar contract management certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ICH Q10, and/or cGMP requirements.
